About Me
Hi, I’m Kelly and I’m a Certified Personal Trainer, Group Exercise Trainer and Certified Heath and Wellness coach. I also have accreditations in Weight Management and Nutrition for children.
I became involved in fitness after suffering postnatal depression with the birth of my first son. Today I still use fitness for my mental well-being.
I have been involved in training clients since 2002 and started Got2Bfit Personal Training in 2005. During this time I have set goals for myself, starting with small runs, then into triathlons, adventure racing, trekking Nepal, 1/2 and full marathons, competing in fitness competitions and competing and representing Australia in the World Master Games. I believe in getting out of your comfort zone and getting uncomfortable to push yourself to the next level.
I see my number one role is as an educator. Firstly to my boys that are now young men, I want to demonstrate to them that being organized, setting goals, being consistent and having a positive attitude is important:

I use this same approach in my training and with my clients.
I am passionate about the health of my clients, not just how much weight they can lose in 12 weeks…..
My role as a trainer is to educate my clients how to prepare, and eat real food that will fuel and nourish their body.
My approach is walk the walk not talk the talk…..
