Pulled Pork

Pulled pork
2.3 kg pork shoulder
2 brown onions
50gms Paprika
2 tsp ground coriander
4 tsp ground cumin
1 tsp cinnamon
2 tsp garlic powder
2 tsp sage
1 tsp thyme
1 tsp Himalaya salt
1 tsp craked black pepper
Mix all dry rub ingredients together in a bowl. Wet the pork so the rub will stick. Rub the entire roast with the dry rub (it looks like to much but you should use it all.) Place a layer of sliced onions on the bottom of your slow cooker. Place the roast on top.
Cook the roast on high for 1 hour and then turn down to low for another 6-7 hours or until the roast is literally falling apart and easy to shred.
I turn it down to low then go to bed, cooks while you sleep
