Breakfast Smoothie

This is a base for my smoothie….. Add ins will depend on what I am trying to hind or what I have on hand.

1 very ripe frozen banana

1/2 cup blueberry

2 tbsp cacao

1/2 cup Coconut milk

1 raw egg ( make sure your eggs are pasture raised, fresh and from a trusted source)

My boys like it thick so they can eat it with a spoon.

Add 1/2 cup coconut water to make it more drinkable ( can substitute with milk of your choice)

Put everything you want into your breakfast smoothie and blend until smooth. Add more liquid if needed.
Add in extras
