Pancakes ( grain free, dairy free)

 

Ingredients
1 cup coconut milk, almond or raw milk
1 teaspoon apple cider vinegar
5 large eggs
1/4 cup packed almond flour
1/2 cup coconut flour
1/2 cup arrowroot or tapioca flour
2 tablespoons coconut oil melted
2 tablespoons honey
3/4 teaspoon baking soda                                                                                                                                                                       2 very ripe bananas

Put all the ingredients into a blender and blend  until smooth.

Add extra coconut oil into a fry pan over med heat

Pour mixture into fry pan to the size you would like. I make picket size to put in the boys lunchbox s

cook on each side until golden.

makes around 22 picket size
