This workshop is a hands on course, were you will learn how to make sauerkraut, kimchi and koombusha, using two different methods, wild and culture.
How to eat it, recipe and ideas on how to add it to yours and your family’s diet.
Why fermented foods are such an important addition to our diets.
You will also get to taste a variety of delicious ferments that I have been making for myself and my family, like fermented tomato sauce, purple kraut, kellychi ( my version of kimchi ) koombusha and more.
Participants will be making two different krauts.
You will leave with recipe, resources and 2x 1lt jars of kraut.
Workshop cost is $40 pre person all you will need to bring is your favourite knife.
