Breakfast 6.30am after training: Rolled oats with seeds, 1/2 cup mixed berries, & nat yogurt

Morning Snack 8.30am: 1 cup of mixed berries with tblsp of mixed seeds & natural yogurt

Lunch i’m pushing it getting to 11.30: Big ars salad with hard boiled egg

Afternoon Sanck 3pm: sweet potato hummus with veg sticks and a coffee

Dinner 6.30 – 7.30 lentil chow mein
