Mondays

Beef meatball skewers, i just used this recipe but mad a few changes. I used beef instead of turkey, and i didn’t use any almond meal, or the topping.

Beef meatballs w/ spinach pasta. (meatballs from weekend food prep) same as Monday

Dried pears ( these don’t have any added sugar or sulfur) & raw mixed nuts
Spelt flour & macca powder pancake, I used this recipe and added 2 Tbsp of Macca powder
